Apple Inc is working with more Chinese providers to deliver its most recent iPhones, Japan’s Nikkei paper said on Wednesday, as a tech quarrel coming from an exchange battle with the United States prompts Beijing to reinforce homegrown firms.

Luxshare Precision Industry Co Ltd is set to develop to 3% of the impending iPhone 13 series, and two firms it obtained last year will supply key segments and parts for the most recent iPhones, the paper said, refering to sources acquainted with the matter.

Focal point Tech Co Ltd will supply metal housings and Sunny Optical Tech Group Co Ltd will supply back camera focal points, the paper said on its site, with BOE Tech Group Co Ltd additionally providing segments.
